Judges Recommendation

Emphasise the business importance and criticality of the project, and clearly identified what was innovative about the approach being adopted.

Give details on tool evaluation, plus approach to overcoming challenges.

Clear project goals coupled with quantified outcomes/successes; adaptability to mitigate unexpected challenges/risks and the utilisation of a wide variety of approaches and techniques that aligned with the complexity of their environments.

Be explicit in drawing out the use of digital transformation principles and how they were deployed and adapted throughout the project.

Give context to metrics to fully justify their inclusion.

It is valuable to have concrete examples of processes that worked well, and of lessons learned from mistakes.

Clearly demonstrate good people management and communication skills and provide clear written evidence of this.

Provide evidence of overcoming challenges and how each project/organisation is committed to the best practices and the selection of methodology to support their digital transformation objectives.

Show clear research of the final implementation of digital transformation systems/process/culture/procedure.

Demonstrate project methodology and justification of tech choices. Clearly detail and describe the understanding of the Stakeholders' needs and the importance of the project and its overall goals.

Judge's Scorecard

There are a number of entries allowed per category – the actual number of entries depends on the popularity of each category.

A category or categories will be allocated to the most relevant judge based on their job function, experience, and/or request.

Each judge is asked to score each entry based on the strict criteria set.

In order to make it through to the finals a minimum score must be achieved – if the minimum score is not reached the journey ends for that particular entry/company.

The top two highest scoring entries per category, go through to judging day where all the judges share their two entries, and they vote as a collective who the winner is.

There is no requirements for companies to physically attend the judging day
