The Digital Transformation Awards selects judges who possess a wealth of experience as senior executives in business management, IT, or digital transformation.

To ensure absolute fairness:

• All submissions are evaluated anonymously, with any identifying information stripped away, guaranteeing that winners are chosen solely based on their merits, irrespective of the size or influence of their company.
• Candidates must hold a position as a head, director, or C-level executive within a large end-user organisation (a well-known brand or one with over 500 employees), who is not serving as a judge for any other awards program and is prepared to present an award during the gala dinner.
• Successful candidates will receive a mutual agreement for approval.
• The judging process entails reviewing redacted entries remotely, followed by participation in a compulsory in-person Judging Day in Central London, where judges, under the guidance of a Chair, will work together to evaluate the submissions and unanimously determine the winners.
