The Digital Transformation Awards appoints judges based on their extensive experience as senior-level executives in business management, IT, or digital transformation. To guarantee complete impartiality, all entries are judged anonymously, with any identifiable details removed, ensuring winners are selected purely on merit, regardless of company size or influence. Applicants must be a head, director, or C-level executive from a large, end-user organisation (a household name or with 500+ employees), who is not a judge for another awards programme and is willing to present an award at the gala dinner. Successful applicants will be sent a mutual agreement to approve. The judging process involves assessing redacted entries remotely and then attending a mandatory in-person Judging Day in Central London, where judges, led by a Chair, will collaboratively decide the final winners through unanimous discussion.
